Kitchen: central island with stainless steel sink, four-ring ceramic plate, 8-setting dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, oven, fridge-freezer, complete set of kitchen utensils, table bar with 4 bar stools.
Bedroom: four-poster 160 x 200 cm bed, latex mattress, duvet and set of bed sheets, 4 pillows. Wardrobe, 2 beside stools and beside lamps, 2 rugs. PVC floor. 10.71 m2
Bathroom: 140 x 80 cm shower with glass walls, mixer tap with 1 big shower head and a small one, washbasin integrated to a 60 cm high piece of furniture, 3-door mirror cabinet, toilet, cupboard, clothes hamper, electrical towel-drying heater. PVC floor. 4.33 m2.
Garden: located on the front of the holiday cottage, parking and private access. 7 m2 wooden patio and 20 m2 patio with barbecue, two metal garden tables (a two-seater table and a four-seater one), white wicker patio furniture including 4 armchairs, 1 bench sit and a matching table.
General Terms
The account will be settled when the keys are handed over concurrently with the €250 security deposit (€350 in case you come with your pet). This security deposit can be cashed. This deposit will be fully refunded except in the event of damage.
Payment terms:
The tenant will use the means of payment agreed upon with the landlord and as follow: cheque, debit card through PayPal or cash (against a receipt).
Cancellation policy:
For contracts signed 30 days before the stay –and only for these – both parties have 7 days to withdraw from the date of signing without penalty. After this period:
Tenants can withdraw at any time but will lose their security deposit;
The landlord can withdraw at anytime but will have to refund the tenant twice the amount of the security deposit.
Additional service charges can be asked for:
- End of stay cleaning (if not done by the tenant): € 40;
- Towel flat rate (if asked for): € 4 per person.
Duty reminder: The tenant must take full civil liability; make “sensible” use of the accommodation and answer for any damage at the earliest opportunity; respect the accommodation maximum capacity.
Non-smoking holiday cottage: € 80 deodorizing fee in case of failure to respect this rule (ashtrays are available outside the cottage).
Price variation can take place outside the rental periods specified below.
Rental periods are defined according to the following criteria:
Weekly rental: from Saturday 4 p.m. to Saturday 10 a.m.;
Week-end rental: 2 nights between Friday 6 p.m. and Monday 10 a.m.;
Long week-end rental: 3 nights between Friday 6 p.m. and Tuesday 10 a.m.;
Mid-week rental: from Monday 4 p.m. to Friday 10 p.m.;
Last minute night* only during the week and subject to availability.
