Rental Rates for the 2 to 4 people « Stable » Holiday Cottage

There can be variations in prices for rentals outside definite seasons.
Rental duration is determined by:
- week: from Saturday 4 p.m. to the next Saturday 10 a.m.;
- week-end: 2 nights to choose between Friday 6 p.m. and Monday morning
(Check-out times: Sunday 5 p.m. or Monday 10 a.m.);
- long week-end: 3 nights to choose between Friday 6 p.m. and Tuesday morning
(Check-out times: Sunday 5 p.m. or Tuesday 10 a.m.);
- mid-week: from Monday 4 p.m. to Friday 10 a.m.;
- last minute night* only during the week and subject to availability.
If you wish to modify your arrival or departure times, please make sure to consult with us beforehand.
Rental includes:
- bed sheets (duvet) : bed 160 x 200 cm made upon arrival ;
- in the living-room: Rapido high-standard sofa bed 140 x 190 cm;
- WIFI (but a countryside one, patience may be in order);
- kennel if you wish to come with your pet;
- heating: thermostatic radiator linked to the main boiler;
- for children and infants: a bath with integrated infant seat, a pot, a high chair;
- TV / DVD player / CD player / Hi-fi radio;
- dishwasher / fridge-freezer / micro-waves;
- car-park /garden / set of garden furniture / barbecue;
- bicycles.
- Additional equipments and extras:
- The caravan (additional room) a 140 x 190 cm bed: € 30 per night;
- Cleaning flat rate: € 40;
- Towels (1 bath towel and 2 small towels per person): € 4
- Christmas or New Year’s Eve flat rate: illuminated Christmas tree, ornaments and a bottle of Champagne: € 50;
- In case of failure to respect the non-smoking rule inside the cottage (you will find ashtrays outside) you will be required to pay a € 80 deodorizing fee.
Booking is effective upon reception of the deposit which amounts to 40% of the rental fee including optional services. You will receive an email and a seasonal rental contract as a booking confirmation.
Upon arrival
Visit of the cottage and inventory. You will be asked a € 250 security deposit which will be returned to you upon leaving after an outgoing inventory of fixtures. Additional security deposit for pets: € 100.
